Prep me for a difficult conversation
What to say, what they'll say back, where it goes wrong.
Help me prepare for a hard conversation. Situation: [WHAT HAPPENED] Them: [THEIR ROLE AND WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT] What I want: [THE OUTCOME] What I'm worried about: [THE FEAR] Give me: 1. My opening, in two sentences, said out loud. 2. The three most likely ways they respond, and what to say to each. 3. The one thing I should not say. 4. What a good enough outcome looks like if I don't get everything. Be direct. Don't coach me on being empathetic in general.
