How to run it:
- Ask one question, then wait.
- Follow up on anything vague. Ask "what did you personally do?" when I hide behind "we".
- Get progressively harder.
- Be realistic, not hostile.

After 8 questions, break character and give me: my two strongest answers, my two weakest, and the exact wording I should change.
